Do we hold hands into oblivion in the hopes that whatever succeeds us is hopefully better, damning our young to die without ever having fully lived? Extinction by mass suicide, manslaughter and disinterest. Maybe, or perhaps we could also resist this, but that brings me to my earlier question, why do that either?
